Event INFO

Join us for this family-friendly drive-thru experience on Oct. 31! Come in costume or decorate your car if you'd like!  Children will receive treat bags with non-perishable, commercially packaged candy. Along the driving path, there will a fun “I Spy” activity you can do from your car and there will be costumed characters greeting your family with fun surprises along the way. You can vote on your favorite costumed character at our Facebook page: www.facebook.com/neelsville.

Please register for the event by Thursday, October 29 or until space is no longer available. We have staggered start times beginning at 3:00pm to avoid long-waiting. Click here to register.

Please pull into the parking lot Frederick Road. We will ask for your name to confirm your registration and number of children in the vehicle. We will ask if you would like your bags handed to you through the window or placed in your trunk.

We ask participants to donate a non-perishable food item to Germantown Help per child receiving a treat bag. Items could canned soup, canned chili, breakfast cereal, peanut butter, jelly, tuna fish or other canned meats, pasta, spaghetti sauce, and/or mac and cheese. Your items can be in your trunk or handed through the window. You can also contribute funds through the event registration form. Germantown Help Learn more about Germantown Help here .

Please follow the driving path at slow speeds directed by volunteers. Your vehicle will exit at Neelsville Church Road.

Participants agree to not attend this event if anyone in the vehicle has been exposed to someone with COVID-19 or is experiencing symptoms such as cough, shortness of breath, fever, GI issues, and/or loss of taste or smell. Everyone must always stay in the vehicle. Restrooms are not available.

We are seeking donations of candy. If you would like to donate, please bring them to our outdoor Sunday Worship services at 11am or contact neelsvillekids@gmail.com.

Local businesses are also encouraged to partner with our church for this event. Please contact Jamie Swope at neelsvillekids@gmail.com for more information.
