our vision
Neelsville Presbyterian Church strives to be an intercultural church of believers in Jesus Christ who share the Good News* in Germantown, MD and beyond.
* The "Good News" (the Gospel) is that Jesus lived, died, was resurrected, and ascended
so that we can be reconciled to God and enjoy Him forever.
WORSHIP
We gather to worship God at 10:45am on Sundays, both in person and also online at facebook.com/neelsville. Our Bible-centered worship is both reverent and relaxed; a blend of contemporary and traditional styles that seek to bring glory and praise to God.
GROW
God's word changes lives, so we eagerly read it, believe it, and proclaim Jesus' Good News. Wherever you are in your walk with God, whatever age you are, we have resources for you and your family to grow in faith.
GO
We believe Jesus calls his disciples to go and be His witnesses in the community, by sharing our love for God and serving people with that love. Our Local and Global Missions teams take this as a core value as they serve Germantown and the world.

Abraham's story of loss, transition, and waiting is a reminder that God is often preparing us in ways we cannot yet see for the tasks He has chosen for us. May we trust Him and His timing and walk forward with confidence, knowing He is already ahead of us.

HOLY WEEK BEGINS SUNDAY!
Holy Week gives us the opportunity to deeply reflect on Jesus' life. We praise his triumphal entry on Palm Sunday, mourn His death for our sins on Good Friday, and celebrate His resurrection on Easter Sunday, which brings new life. We pray that during Holy Week, you personally rest with Jesus and share His love with those around you. Join us for our multiple events as we prepare to celebrate Easter.
