The mission of Neelsville is to glorify God by being and making disciples of Jesus Christ, and the student ministry is no different.  NPC Students strives to be a healthy community that loves students for who they are and helps them on their journey as disciples of Jesus.

Sunday Mornings

On Sunday mornings at 9:30, middle and high school students meet together in the Andrew Small room for a short, sermon-style lesson, and then split into separate age-based discussion groups to talk about how the lesson applies to their lives. Sunday mornings are our main time for going deeper and really growing students in their knowledge of the faith.

Youth Group

6-8th Grade: Fridays at 7:30pm

9th-12th Grade: Sundays at 6:30pm

Youth group is the time to build strong relationships and have some fun together. At youth group we spend time getting to know each other by playing games and have casual, Scripture-based discussions about how our faith applies to life.

No one has a bigger influence on students than their parents. We hope to come alongside you and partner with you in leading your students to become mature disciples of Christ. One of the main ways we do this is through the weekly parent updates and lesson overviews that we send to parents. If you would like to be added to the mailing for this, email Andy at the address below.

Upcoming Events

Here are some of the awesome things we have coming up. Email us at if you have any questions.

  • 9/22 & 9/24; Family dinner

This Friday and Sunday each youth group will invite parents to join us for a potluck-style dinner, games, and discussion. If you are a parent, come join your student at youth group! Email Andy at if you want to bring a side.

P.S., students should still come this week even if parents can't.

  • 10/27; Corn maze

On October 27th we will be heading to a corn maze/pumpkin patch together. This event will be combined with middle and high school. Obviously, since this is a Friday there will not be regular middle school youth group, but high school will have our normal meeting on Sunday.

    More details TBA.

  • 01/26-28; Winter Retreat

Winter retreat is an AMAZING opportunity for students to get away from all the noise and craziness of everyday life, connect with students and leaders, and really engage their faith. This is an event that your student absolutely will NOT want to miss!

We will be going to Concord Retreat Center in West Virginia, which is an amazingly beautiful and fun place to be! The cost to register is $55 before Dec. 1st, and $65 From Dec. 1st onward. Email Andy at to sign up, or for more info.
