Our goal is to help students to be and make disciples of Jesus Christ, to the glory of God. We strive to teach students the truth of the gospel, to engage them in a vibrant relationship with Christ, and to help them use their gifts to serve others.

Sunday Mornings

On Sunday mornings at 9:30, middle and high school students meet together in the Andrew Small room for a short, sermon-style lesson, and then split into separate age-based discussion groups to talk about how the lesson applies to their lives. Sunday mornings are our main time for going deeper and really growing students in their knowledge of the truth.

Youth Group

6-8th Grade: Fridays at 7:30pm

9th-12th Grade: Sundays at 6:30pm

Youth group is the time to build strong relationships and have some fun together. It is a casual, fun environment where students can hang out, play games, and talk about faith and life.

Youth Membership

For high school students who are ready to take the next step, we have youth membership. In the youth membership process, students are paired with a mentor who can walk them through what it means to be a disciple of Christ and a member of a church as they enter adulthood. Through youth membership students will firm up their theological understanding, develop their spiritual disciplines, and transition as full adult members in the congregation.

Parents

No one has a bigger influence on students than their parents. We hope to come alongside you and partner with you in leading your students to become mature disciples of Christ. One of the main ways we do this is through the weekly parent updates and lesson overviews that we send to parents. If you would like to be added to the mailing for this, email Andy at the address below.

Upcoming Events

Here are some of the awesome things we have coming up. Email us at npcstudentmin@gmail.com if you have any questions.

  • 12/15; Yankee Swap

For our final event of the year, we will be getting together for an awesome Christmas Party! We will have food, drinks, games, and of course Yankee Swap!

If you are not familiar with the game Yankee Swap, a quick google search will explain it, but basically every student brings a gift (don't spend more than $15) and leaves with a gift! Feel free to get creative; we have had some very funny and interesting gifts in past years.

This event is going to be a TON of fun; you won't want to miss it!

  • 01/26-28; Winter Retreat

Winter retreat is an AMAZING opportunity for students to get away from all the noise and craziness of everyday life, connect with students and leaders, and really engage their faith. This is an event that your student absolutely will NOT want to miss!

We will be going to Concord Retreat Center in West Virginia, which is an amazingly beautiful and fun place to be! The cost to register is $55 before Dec. 1st, and $65 From Dec. 1st onward. Email Andy at npcstudentmin@gmail.com to sign up, or for more info.
