NPC is undergoing a 12-18 month initiative designed to equip our church with tools for growth, transformation, and a renewed sense of mission. The aim of Cultivating Flourishing Churches (CFC) is to help us gain a comprehensive understanding of the health of our church and a roadmap for how to thrive within this renewed vision. 

This is a ripe opportunity before us - a chance to discern collaboratively what God desires for NPC in the years ahead. We will come together - across our ethnic and generational diversity, united in Christ - to seek God's will for our church.

At our first meeting in June, our congregation had an interactive conversation focused on sharing memories from our years at NPC. We then discussed how they have shaped us as a church.

Our second meeting on Saturday, July 11 will examine NPC's strengths, limitations, and resources, both for our needs and those of the surrounding community. Subsequent meetings will build and follow the structure pictured to the left, from "seed" to "fruit." We look forward to seeing what God has planned for NPC and how we can change and grow with renewed purpose!
