Neelsville Presbyterian Church strives to be an intercultural church of believers in Jesus Christ who share the Good News* in Germantown, MD and beyond.
* The "Good News" (the Gospel) is that Jesus lived, died, was resurrected, and ascended
so that we can be reconciled to God and enjoy Him forever.
WORSHIP
We gather to worship God at 10:45am on Sundays, both in person and also online at facebook.com/neelsville. Our Bible-centered worship is both reverent and relaxed; a blend of contemporary and traditional styles that seek to bring glory and praise to God.
GROW
God's word changes lives, so we eagerly read it, believe it, and proclaim Jesus' Good News. Wherever you are in your walk with God, whatever age you are, we have resources for you and your family to grow in faith.
GO
We believe Jesus calls his disciples to go and be His witnesses in the community, by sharing our love for God and serving people with that love. Our Local and Global Missions teams take this as a core value as they serve Germantown and the world.

Jesus’ words and actions in the Gospels were often unsettling because he challenged religious people, spoke of God with shocking intimacy and welcomed society’s outcasts. While many were offended by him, those who embraced him discovered acceptance, peace, and true life. They came to know God in a new way, seeing God's life lived out in a real human life.
Join us on Sunday at 10:45am for worship as we study Jesus’ hardest sayings so that we may deeply grow in relationship with him and increasingly glorify him as his disciples.

NEW SMALL GROUPS BEGIN 9/6!
This fall, we’re stepping into a church‑wide sermon and small‑group series through 1 Peter — Living Hope in Exile. In a world that often feels scattered, pressured, or uncertain, Peter’s letter reminds us that God has given us a living hope that steadies us, shapes us, and sends us out as His people.
Small groups are the heartbeat of discipleship at Neelsville. They’re where Scripture becomes shared life, where encouragement becomes real, and where faith grows through honest conversation and prayer. If Sunday worship is the gathering of the whole family, small groups are the living rooms — places to be known, strengthened, and formed together.
