COVID-19 Protocol

We plan to meet outdoors on the back lawn when weather conditions are favorable and when inside, we wear masks and socially distance. Consideration for online classes will be made when conditions necessitate this.

Sunday School

Classes for children ages 3 through fifth grade resume September 12, 2021 in person. Classes meet during the school year and are led by dedicated, nurturing and background-checked volunteers. Together, children and leaders dig into Scripture following themes of the TRU curriculum. This curriculum helps "children and their families connect to God, find their place in His Big God Story, and respond to Him through the power of the Holy Spirit." Every Sunday, Neelsville Kids participate in exciting activities that bring the stories and themes of the Bible to life.

Families receive a weekly email with resources to guide discussion, to help children grow in their faith, and to be updated on any church events. To get the Sunday School Zoom link and to sign-up for these emails, contact our director Melissa at melissa@neelsville.org.

Nursery Care

Beginning September 12, nursery care will be available for infants and toddlers through age 2 during the worship service. If care would be helpful during the Sunday School hour, please request care by emailing melissa@neelsville.org. Please make sure to register your child with the form linked below.

Worship & Worship & Play Zone

Children are welcome participants in Sunday morning worship, regardless of age or attention span. We hope to empower and equip our young learners through the hands-on experience of worshipping as a church family. Wiggles and giggles are a joy to our ears and we hope you feel encouraged to attend together with your whole family. Our Worship and Play Zone is available for age three through second grade children.

Family Ministry

We highly value walking alongside parents and families to help raise children who love Jesus and to support parents in their spiritual growth too. Each week, we send emails to families with free resources to help your family grow as disciples of Jesus Christ. To join that email list, please use the registration on the form linked below. Throughout the year, we have parenting specific workshops, Bible studies, book clubs, etc. as well as events for fun for the whole family. Learn more about how Neelsville partners with parents with our Faith Milestones Plan here.
