FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Q: Is it ok if we don't attend Neelsville Church?
A: Absolutely! Vacation Bible School is a unique opportunity for our team to meet families from many different communities.
Q: Is it ok if we miss a day?
A: It's summer, so we completely understand you may have travel plans or other commitments. As a courtesy to our team, please let the Director know if your child(ren) will miss any days. The VBS program is designed to be taught over 5 days for a variety of learning opportunities; however each day can stand alone. There is no discount or refund for missed days.
Q: What kind of safety measures will you have in place?
A: We require all participants to have a signed registration form before their first camp session which includes a list of emergency contacts and relevant health information. There is a secure check-in and check-out process that requires all children to be picked up in person by their approved adult. With advanced notice and permission from the Director, an older sibling (age 16+) may sign as the guardian.
Q: What should my child wear?
A: Please dress your child in comfortable clothes and closed-toed shoes (no flip flops or sandals please).
Q: Are volunteers background checked?
A: Yes, your child's safety is a top priority.
Q: Can I contact you with questions?
A: Absolutely! Please email our VBS Director, Pastor SeongSu Hong, at seongsu@neelsville.org with your questions.
