n Good Friday, Christians commemorate the suffering and death on the cross of Jesus Christ. Many Christians spend Good Friday in fasting, prayer, repentance and meditation on the agony and suffering of Christ. It is observed on the Friday before Easter Sunday. Neelsville will be open throughout the day from 7am to 4:30pm for meditation at various prayer stations throughout the church. You're invited to go through these stations at any time and at your own pace. The prayer stations are designed to have us slow down to quiet our heads and hearts before God. In this time, we will reflect on our fallen, sinful state and about who God is and what he has done.
